| Despite the stormy economic weather, the sun shone brightly and the crowds were out in healthy numbers. It was a great opportunity to re-acquant ourselves with many customers.
This years boat show was certainly an improvement on 2008 and a great success with orders for new builds secured for 2010.
We thank everyone who came to admire the Nordic Tugs and look forward to seeing you all again in 2010. | |

| Nordic Tug had its beginnings in 1970 with a series of beautiful double-ended ocean ketches based on a 1934 design. The company put out one boat a month for a full decade until it was acquired by new owners and reestablished as Nordic Tugs, Inc. In 1980 the first Nordic Tug, a Lynn Senour-designed 26-footer, became an instant success when it appeared at the Seattle Boat Show. | |

| Does the state of a boat manufacturer?s factory give any indication of the quality of the vessels it produces? If that boat builder is the successful Nordic Tugs, Inc., it most certainly does. Since its inception in 1980 Nordic has continuously expanded the size of its product line - its plants have been expanded, added to, sectionally rebuilt and enerally ?modified? in an attempt to keep up with demand for the tug-style ?fast trawlers? Nordic has become known for. | |
